Common questions

Here when you need us.

How is progress saved?+

Completed activities, stars, and family preferences are saved automatically on the device. Color Sprouts has no cloud account.

Does the game need internet?+

All 1,000 activities are built in. An internet connection is needed only for StoreKit purchases, restoring a purchase, and serving contextual ads in the free edition.

How do I restore the Ad-free Family Edition?+

Open the parent-gated Grown-up Center, choose the Family Edition area, and tap Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple ID that made the purchase.

Why did an ad not appear?+

Ads are limited to natural breaks, start only after four completed pictures, and stop after two impressions per calendar day. Network availability and Kidoz inventory can also affect delivery.

How do I report an inappropriate ad?+

A grown-up can open Grown-up Center → Privacy & Safety → Report ad. The app prepares the provider, date, and time for Kidoz. Do not include a child’s personal information.

How do I reset progress?+

Deleting and reinstalling the app removes local progress, subject to Apple device-backup behavior. A previous ad-free purchase can be restored separately.

Advertising safety report

For the fastest investigation, use the in-app parent-gated report so the ad’s time and provider are included. If mail is unavailable, a grown-up may contact Kidoz SDK support and include the app name, country, date, approximate time, and advertiser. Never include a child’s personal information.
